Position Overview
We are seeking an in-office Project Manager to lead fast-paced, highly technical geospatial projects from concept to completion. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in coordination and logistics, who thrives in environments with many moving parts, communicates well across teams, and brings a high level of organization, discipline, and focus to managing complex deliverables under pressure.
The Project Manager serves as the central hub between clients, survey crews, internal teams, and vendors. You will manage multiple concurrent projects—each with unique requirements, timelines, and budgets—ensuring that every effort is delivered on time, on budget, and within CompassData quality standards.
You’ll participate directly in cost estimating and budgeting during the bidding process, define internal budgets, and ensure both field execution and internal delivery meet or exceed targets. This role includes oversight of field operations and leadership of production team staffing, including hiring and performance reviews.
